Welcome, I’m Mylee.

With over 21 years of experience in the social housing sector, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness — helping them secure stable housing and access the resources they need to rebuild their lives.

​

Today, my journey has evolved. I am a certified Breathwork Coach with a passion for helping people heal from the inside out. I work with individuals who are suffering from addiction, mental health struggles, chronic pain, and unresolved trauma — those who may feel trapped in cycles of stress and are seeking an alternative to conventional medication-based approaches.
